Roland Zimek founded the company together with his wife Martina in 1997. In the beginning, pálinka was made only in small quantities, with contract brewing. From the very beginning, great emphasis was placed on quality. Their dream, a pálinka distillery working with its own cooking equipment, became a reality on December 6, 2005, when they opened their show distillery in Zamárdi.
Its smell and taste are characterized by very loud notes, when you taste it, you feel as if you are biting into a ripe fruit. With its aromatic, strong flavor reminiscent of dark chocolate, it is considered a real pálinka specialty.
