This spiced rum is made from rums distilled in the traditional and column stills of the Clarendon and Long Pond distilleries in Jamaica. The ingredients were aged for 3 years, and then with rums aged for 5-10 years, they gave it even more character. Almost 15% of the entire blend was post-aged in Pedro Ximenez sherry casks. During the seasoning, Madagascar vanilla, Caribbean coconut and Jamaican spices, including ginger, were added, which enriches the taste world.
