Product description
It is distilled from the first pressing of sugar cane, as well as using the Sistema Solera aging process with the 23 years of aging in oak up in the cooler, high altitude climates of Guatemala. They use American Bourbon, Sherry, Pedro Ximenez wines, and Cognac barrels to help add to the complexity. It's got caramel and orange peel with a floral note of honeysuckle flavor and some oak.
