The founders of Csengőtej Manufaktúra are a couple who have been involved in cattle farming for decades. For a long time they only sold fresh milk in Érd, then they also made homemade cottage cheese and cheeses in their family factory. Today, a wide variety of dairy products are made from whole cow's milk, goat's milk and sheep's milk, and the other ingredients are sourced from local producers.

Semi-firm, non-ripening, semi-fat, steamed and usually smoked cheese. Cream and yellow in color, which is darkened by steaming. Produced in strips, which are woven into snail-like spirals. Perfect for beer nuts, finger foods or party snacks.
