100% Iberico sertéshús sonka, tengeri só, antioxidáns E-301 (nátrium-aszkorbát), savasságot szabályozó anyag E-331 (III) (trinátrium-citrát), tartósítószerek E-252 (kálium-nitrát) és E-250 (natriumnitrit).
