Our live breads are uniquely made from 70-90% vegetable pulp, a mixture of several types of flax seeds and flavored with digestive spices. Compared to traditional breads, they contain neither flour nor yeast, and are not made by baking, but by gentle drying.

NaTuri is a family manufactory, where premium quality live (raw vegan) food has been prepared since 2008. The cakes and pastries are made from fruits and seeds without baking, so they can also be included in a gluten-, dairy-, egg- and sugar-free diet. They constantly improve the recipes so that their pastries, cakes, and fermented vegetables are always made from the best quality ingredients, flavors, colors, and ingredients that harmonize with each other.
