Bird's eye chilies are not funny: the two to three centimeter large chillies can contain up to 100,000 Scoville. As a chili beginner, it's best to taste it slowly first. Soon, however, you will learn to love the fruity notes and deep dimensions of the chili and kick all kinds of things with it: Asian dishes, Tex-Mex chilies, or even chili sauces. You can stew the pods whole or grind them in a spice mill.
