For the perfect gyros, cut 500 grams of pork into small strips and mix them with five teaspoons of spices and five tablespoons of olive oil. Pack the gyros airtight, leave to rest in the fridge for 12-24 hours, then sear. Don't forget the side dishes: salad, tomato rice, fries or tzatziki are perfect!
