Patatas bravas is probably one of the most popular tapas dishes out there. Peel the boiled potatoes and cut into two centimeter cubes, season to taste and grill on a tray at 230° Celsius for 10-15 minutes until golden. Then prepare the dip. Stir 2-4 teaspoon spice mix in 200 grams of sour cream and 50 grams of mayonnaise.
