About the company

The Green Cuisine company is located in the small Norfolk market town of Watton. It is family owned and run, employs about 30 people in a modern factory. It was founded in 1990 by the present directors who have over 30 years experience working with herbs and spices.

Product description

Tandoori food is prepared in a traditional cylindrical frying pan, originally dug into the ground. Glowing coals are placed in the pot to heat it up, and then meat marinated in spiced yoghurt on skewers is placed inside.
