Known as the Irmãs Pereira Estate, the 90-hectare farm is owned by sisters Maria Valéria and Maria Rogéria, inherited from their parents, who bought the land (then known as Fazenda Serrado) in the 1970s. Maria Valéria and Maria Rogéria helped their parents from a very young age, and after they got married, their husbands also joined in running the farm. They process their coffee in several ways, including the dry process and the honey process. All their coffees are dried on raised beds or terraces.
