About the company
The East Imperial story began with passion. A passion to put the tradition back into tonic water. Inspired by a family recipe from 1903, using original, handpicked ingredients from Asia and Africa and a small batch production method and a cold filling process, just like they used back in 1903 - no using artificial colours, no flavours and no added sweeteners. The brand uses water from a mineral spring in the North Island of New Zealand, where it can be bottled straight from the source. Aiming to become one of the global leaders in the mixer category, East Imperial wants to provide premium products for mixer lovers so they can create their favourite cocktails.
