About the company
The East Imperial story began with passion. A passion to put the tradition back into tonic water. Inspired by a family recipe from 1903, using original, handpicked ingredients from Asia and Africa and a small batch production method and a cold filling process, just like they used back in 1903 - no using artificial colours, no flavours and no added sweeteners. The brand uses water from a mineral spring in the North Island of New Zealand, where it can be bottled straight from the source.
