Don Antonio tomato sauce with ricotta and aubergine 500g

We know, nothing compares to home made sauces. And if you made a double quantity and froze half, you'd always have a sauce to hand. - But some of us aren't that organised, or we don't have the freezer space. And occasionally, just occasionally, you really can't be bothered. But you still deserve to eat well, so whenever we discover a ready made sauce that's almost as good as home made, we suggest the Don Antonio sauses.
