The wet maple syrup is burned and the concentrated sap is bottled. The liquid smoke can be used for anything you want to give a smoky flavour. It is particularly recommended for outdoor barbecues. The dosage is similar to that of soy sauce, and the strong flavour means you can use a little, but of course this is a matter of taste. We recommend it because it is made from natural ingredients.
