My goal is to introduce everyone the pure, wonderful-tasting, handmade chocolate. 10 years ago, after leaving a Venezuelan cocoa farm, I founded Britain’s first chocolate factory. I only use the world’s greatest cocoa, which, like fine wines, has very unique flavors. Since I myself am a cocoa producer, I buy all my cocoa beans from Direct Trade, paying a higher price than in Fair Trade. I make my chocolate from 100% natural ingredients.

Majestic artisanal chocolate. We lightly roast our almonds to release their soft, round, nutty flavor, then stir in the freshly made Rio Caribe milk chocolate sprinkled with Cornish sea salt. All of our chocolates are 100% natural, handcrafted and made from the finest cocoa in the world, from some of Venezuela’s finest cocoa producing regions.
