This tomato sauce is prepared using sun-ripened, homegrown tomatoes. After an old, traditional recipe these tomatoes are carefully prepared using very little salt giving it it’s tasty flavor.

And if you made a double quantity and froze half, you'd always have a sauce to hand. - But some of us aren't that organised, or we don't have the freezer space. And occasionally, just occasionally, you really can't be bothered.
