BAZ Beer Brewery was established in 2018 as a real "unicum" of Tokaj, their company brews new wave and classic beers at the foot of the Tokaj hills/slopes. Their main goal is to make good quality, locally brewed beer available from and in the region in parallel with the quality wine production typical of recent decades. With the latest technology, the best beers - even that could be the motto of their company. Their young, hungry team is constantly striving to get the best out of their beer by making really great recipes. In addition to premium ingredients, state-of-the-art equipment ensures that the water used to brew is also local and crystal clear.
Thanks to the caramel malt, the taste is biscuit-like and sweet, bringing freshly baked sponge cake into mind. The bitterness of the hops almost fades away, giving room for its malt flavors. Recommended for those excited to taste something new.
