A standout red wine from the Jumilla region of Spain. It is made exclusively from the finest Monastrell grapes, hand-harvested at the peak of ripeness. The aging process takes place in oak barrels for at least 6 months, imparting a deep ruby red color and complex aromas. On the nose, one can detect notes of black fruits, spices, and a subtle hint of vanilla. The palate offers a rich and elegant structure, with refined tannins and a long, harmonious finish, making it an ideal pairing for red meats and aged cheeses.
