Our wine has a beautiful, intense ruby colour. On the nose and also on the palate it has aromas of ripe red-fruits and spices. Notes of licorice and cocoa powder, together with ripe red fruit, define its finish.

This masterpiece was fermented in stainless steel vats and after the malolactic fermentation it spent two years in oak barrels. Pian delle Vigne was then bottled and aged for a lengthy period before being released.

About the company
This beautiful 65 hectare estate is owned by the deservedly famous Antinori family, located in Montalcino, Tuscany. It was founded in 1995, also the year of the first vintage. To this day, high-quality Sangiovese wines are made at the estate.
