Domaines Paul Mas are one of the main Estates in the South of France. The Mas family has been cultivating grapes in Languedoc since 1892 and in the year 2000, Jean-Claude Mas, owner and winemaker, created Domaines Paul Mas, with the 35 ha he inherited from his father. His portfolio of estates now accounts for 1120 ha of premium vineyards, planted with more than 30 different varieties. Jean-Claude strives to make wines with authenticity and refinement respecting the rural roots and preserving the environment, with highlight this exceptional and diverse terroirs. Along with awards and accolades, the estate continues to enjoy year-on-year growth with wines sold in nearly twenty countries worldwide.
Bright and lovely light garnet-red colour.Very elegant with a quintessence of red berries, strawberry, cherry, and soft spices aromas with a hint of vanilla.It’s a medium bodied wine, with ripe tannins and acidity which testify its capability to age. It develops very delicate aromas and a long lasting finish. To be served at 16°Celsius with grilled meat: lamb, veal or pork, game and soft /medium cheese.
