Product description
Blending proportions: 80% Merlot, 5% Cabernet Franc, 5% Cabernet Sauvignon, 6% Syrah, 4% Kékfrankos. The grapes were harvested from the Bakta, Hidaspetre and Baranya valley vineyards, where calcareous loess soil is mixed with red clay. The capital load is 1.7 kg/ capital. The harvest: took place between September 16 and October 9, 2020. The manual harvest was followed by manual cluster selection, followed by cold maceration for 5 days and refrigerated fermentation for 14-21 days. Aging 2-4 months in steel tanks, then 24 months in 300- and 500-liter second- and third-fill barrels. Bottling date: May 25, 2022. Alcohol: 15 %. Consumption temperature: 17-19⁰C. Serve with duck, turkey, and light roast beef.
