About the company
La Nicchia is an emblem of the tradition of preparing capers in Pantelleria: Bonomo Giglio started their business in 1949. Today, they are the only company on the island that is at the same time an agricultural company, caper producer and artisan laboratory, making conserves that come from a culture that is aware and respectful of its land and its times.
