About the company
Loving Foods an organic, fermented, raw food and drink manufacturer based in Manchester. It was started in 2016 by brother and sister, Mendel and Faye who were quickly joined by Faye’s husband, Adam. They hand-make a unique range of products using traditional fermentation techniques, resulting in amazing-tasting foods and drinks that are full of probiotics, vitamins, minerals and enzymes that help promote and support good health as part of a well balanced, varied diet. They only ever use organic ingredients, locally sourced where possible. All their product packageed only in glass, never plastic. They don't use heat treatment or pasteurisation and any artificial flavourings, additives, chemicals, preservatives, colours or stabilisers.
