Product description
If the caper bud is not picked, it flowers and produces a fruit called a caperberry. The mature fruit of the caper shrub is prepared similarly as buds, salted and pickled.

These capres are the perfect addition for every dish, where the piquant, bittersweet taste of the caper can offset the original sweetness of the dish.
