Latte Arborea is currently the center of the Sardinian dairy industry. This is also proven by their numbers: a total of 524,000 liters of milk are transported here from 248 different local specialized farms and they work daily, which is used by a total of 50,000 Holstein and Swiss Brown cattle all over Sardinia.
