The crispness of the fruit is found in this Bourgogne Pinot Noir from Joseph Faiveley. The grapes used in this cuvée come from parcels in the Côte Chalonnaise, Côte de Nuits and Côte de Beaune. They are aged in high quality French oak barrels for one year to 14 months, depending on the vintage and the needs

Pierre Faiveley was a shoemaker born in Nuit who passionately loved the wines and founded the Joseph Faiveley winery in 1825, which he named after his son. His son Joseph took over the family estate in 1860. By 1873 they had acquired vineyards in Nuit-St-Georges and this year they acquired their iconic Clos de Corton monopole.Since 2005, Erwan Faiveley has managed the cellar and his sister Eve joined in 2014. As a 7th generation winery, it is managed by the two of them currently the winemaking empire of Faiveley. From 2007, the head winemaker is Jerome Flous.
