Our Italian pizza owes its delicious base from the traditional organic yeast dough process. The 24-hour rest allows the airiness of the dough to unfold, without the use of additives. The dough is then further processed and shaped by hand. The classic Italian taste of the pizza is given by the pre-baking in a wood-fired stone oven. The wood used for this comes from a specially designed and certified beech plantation in Italy to prevent deforestation of natural origin forrests.
