The Easter Colomba with peaches and hazelnuts is a soft pastry, obtained by natural leavening with mother yeast and 72 hours of patient artisan processing. The dough is particularly soft due to the use of fresh butter, milk and cream, it is well dimpled and enriched with soft and juicy candied Italian peaches and natural Mananara vanilla from Madagascar* (*Slow Food Presidium). The surface is covered with a precious icing rich in crunchy Piedmont PGI hazelnuts and granulated sugar.
